Entertaining book on an iconic team. If I could change anything it would be that they bh the national championship and not lose, and how the players were more compared to NBA Athletes. Although much praise is given to Albom for writing this novel, I think praise should go out to the players who lived it out and wrote history for us. I think that this book is a five star book. I happily close my eyes to the high profile shortcomings. Although their accomplishments were tarnished by the Chris Webber scandal, in my opinion, the Fab 5 is one of the greatest stories ever. The Fab Five needs to be commended for changing the basketball world, they are the ones who made wearing flashy shoes popular, and they also added this cockiness and swagger to the game. Ive already seen the documentary about the fab five but this just took it to a whole new level of detail. They are a true inspiration to me. I loved this book because it was so attention grabbing and detailed. I have previously watched the bg for 30 on ESPN about the fab five, b I was very excited to read this book when I saw it in the library.
